No exchange or return is available for items, as all abayas are tailored based on the customer’s requested size and specifications.

• Exchanges are only accepted if the customer receives an item with a manufacturing defect, provided the product has not been used and we are contacted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Exchanges are also accepted if the customer receives the wrong order.

If the issue is related to the garment measurements, please verify the measurements in inches and provide clear photos of the measurements (not while wearing the item) to clarify the issue.

The store is not responsible if the customer is not satisfied with the fabric type or abaya design. Please make sure to inquire before placing your order and read the description provided under each abaya carefully.

Note: The store is not responsible for incorrect sizing if the size is too large or too small, as all approved measurements are standardized.
